“Those Meddling Kids — The Book Series Begins”

Finding Adventure in Every Turn

Welcome to the beginning of our book series, inspired by our real pygmy goat brothers who live with us in the Spanish mountains. Each story celebrates courage, kindness, curiosity, and the magic of nature.

Featured Book: Murphy and the Mountain Shadow

When strange sounds roll down the hills one quiet evening, the younger goats grow anxious. Shadows stretch long across the valley, and whispers ripple through the meadow. But Murphy — the eldest and calmest of the six pygmy goat brothers — knows that sometimes, the only way to conquer fear is to walk straight toward it. Armed with curiosity, courage, and a picnic basket, Murphy rallies his brothers — Brendan, Valentino, Roman, Celt, and Turk — to find the source of the noise. Together they cross over the mountain and under the old stone bridge, to discover a misunderstood creature who is more lonely than frightening. In helping him, they learn that the things we fear often need kindness most of all.
