Printed Especially for You
All Euro Goat Trekkers products are made to order using our fulfilment partner, Printful.
This means each item is printed especially for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

your order number

a brief description of the issue

a clear photograph of the item
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Size Exchanges
As all items are printed on demand, we are unfortunately unable to offer size exchanges.
To help you choose the correct size, detailed size guides are provided on each product page. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us before ordering.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
